A repeat client of ours recently purchased a large vintage (wonderful period detail still intact) co-op w/plans to do a complete gut-remodeling of the entire unit which includes a new Kitchen and Bathroom along with a lot of other custom features.
This project was for a customer who purchased a home seeking renovations before his move-in date. He hired us to remodel the kitchen, family room, powder room, and install new hardwood floors.
This was a previous customer whose bathroom we remodeled. When we completed her bathroom she requested our services to continue on into her kitchen.
This Project included complete gut and remodeling of the bathroom, update of kitchen, new countertops, and installation of all new flooring, paint, and new electrical fixtures throughout.
